Ripe Galega Olives are a Portuguese variety: the “Galega” olives are carefully selected fruit picked fully mature and of superior quality. The olives are lightly coated in extra virgin olive oil and fresh garlic so that you have a combination which is both velvety and full of fresh olive flavours.
