Split Olives are carefully selected fruit picked fully mature and of superior quality. The name “split” is descriptive of the process which is used to add other flavours to the olives - a crossways cut is made on the flesh of the whole olives to allow for any added flavours to permeate – such as, herbs, garlic, hot peppers, olive-oil.
